This toolbox provides AMARES fitting of MR spectroscopy data. It includes construction of the basis (AmaresBasis), automatic starting values (AmaresInitialValues), the fit of an FID (AmaresFitFidI) with analytic Jacobians, and a parameter matrix that can be edited to constrain the fit (EditAmaresMatrix, ShowParameterMatrix).
