SegmentTracts[tracts,segments,vox,dim]
segments the tracts based on segments.
Details
- The following options can be given:

FiberLengthRange {15, 500} FiberLengthRange is an option for FiberTractography and specifies the allowed tract range. OutputForm "Joined" OutputForm[expr] prints as a two-dimensional representation of expr using only keyboard characters. FitTractSegments False FitTractSegments is an option for SegmentTracts. If set True the segmented tracts are fitted with FitTracts. FittingOrder 3 FittingOrder is an option for FitTracts. It specifies the polynomial order of the function to fit the tract. Method "Fast" Method is an option for various algorithm-intensive functions that specifies what internal methods they should use.
