HarmonicDenoiseTensor[tens,mask,vox]
uses the harmonic denoising method to denoise the tensor within the mask. Values for which the tensor is not defined but are within the mask will be filled in.
HarmonicDenoiseTensor[tens,seg,vox]
will do the same for each segmentation label in seg.
HarmonicDenoiseTensor[tens,seg,vox,labs]
will do the same for each segmentation label in seg that is specified in labs.
is based on 10.1016/j.media.2011.01.005.

Details
- The following options can be given:
-
RadialBasisKernel 12 RadialBasisKernel is an option for HarmonicDenoiseTensor. It defines the kernel size of the radial basis functions in mm. TensorFlips {1, 1, 1} TensorFlips is an option for FiberTractography and specifies if the tensor orientation is flipped, see FlipTensorOrientation. TensorPermutations {x, y, z} TensorPermutations is an option for FiberTractography and specifies if the tensor orientation is permuted, see FlipTensorOrientation. MaxIterations 150 MaxIterations is an option that specifies the maximum number of iterations that should be tried in various built-in functions and algorithms. GradientStepSize {0.5, 0.5} GradientStepSize is an option for HarmonicDenoiseTensor. It defines the step size of the gradient descent for the harmonic and radial parts. RangeFA {0.05, 0.4} RangeFA is an option for HarmonicDenoiseTensor. It defines the range of the FA values of voxels to include in the minimization. RangeMD {1., 2.5} RangeMD is an option for HarmonicDenoiseTensor. It defines the range of the MD values of voxels to include in the minimization. Monitor False Monitor[expr, mon] generates a temporary monitor cell in which the continually updated current value of mon is displayed during the course of evaluation of expr. Parallelize True Parallelize[expr] evaluates expr using automatic parallelization.
