MakeSense

MakeSense[coils,cov]

makes a sense map for coils. Each coil signal is devided by the RSS reconstuction of the coils.

Details

  • The following options can be given:
  • SenseRescaleTrueSenseRescale is an option for MakeSense. If set True the data is first downscaled by a factor 2 before making the sense map.
