simulates the hamiltionan for a given spin system. The spinsystem is generated by GetSpinSystem. The output is the spin system and hamiltonian structure.

- The following options can be given:

FieldStrength 3 FieldStrength is an option for SimHamiltonian. It defines the field strength for which the hamiltonian is calculated defined in Tesla. SimNucleus "1H" SimNucleus is an option for SimHamiltonian. It defines the nucleus for which to simulate the spectra. CenterFrequency 0 CenterFrequency is an option for GetSpinSystem and defines the center frequency in ppm.
